Set in the rolling countryside of Wiltshire, the independently run Summer Breeze Festival is a family-friendly event, intimate and inclusive for audience and musician alike, tickets are strictly limited to 2,000 - a big step up from its humble beginnings of 150 people in 2006 - but still with an intimate feel.
History and facts
Profits from this festival are donated to charity. Our chosen charities this year are ‘The Prospect Hospice’ and ‘Water Aid’.
Stages and other entertainment
Music will be on three separate stages over the three days. Alongside the Main Stage there will also be music on the Bar Stage, and the Acoustic Stage will be provided by The Lizard Stage.
Family fun will be provided in a dedicated children’s area, including a new big fun art and craft tent where activities are offered at no cost on the day - all equipment is free to use and the kids get to take home everything they've made. There will be puppet shows, junk building, the silly hat stand, juggling ball making, ribbon skirts making and wearing, didgeridoo workshops, circus acts, silly games and even the creation of a giant mural. Plenty to keep the kids amused, including the big kids!
Take a stroll around the vintage market, quirky festival traders and chill out in the tranquil healing garden. The vintage tent will be holding tea parties, fashion shows, make-up and hair styling workshops, not-so-risqué burlesque lessons and a strictly adults only late night burlesque performance!
